All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and certain holidays. In the event of a delay, every effort will be made to contact you by E-mail. If the delay is due to back order, you will receive notice by phone or e-mail and be given the choice for your product to remain on back order, or to cancel your order. A signature is required on all shipped orders (there must be someone to sign for the package or you may pick it up from your local USPS, FedEX or UPS office). For more information please contact us. All orders will only be ship by USPS, FedEX or UPS. For correct shipping charges on ground or air shipments, please contact us. Unless specified, all orders in the domestic U.S. are shipped USPS, FedEX or UPS ground.

Promotions

Restrictions: One coupon per person. Discounted prices and/or promotional codes are valid until to expiration date. Standard terms and conditions resume upon expiration. Valid only on current stock and while supplies last. Promotion codes may not be combined with other promo codes on a single item and can only be used once per registered account. However, unless otherwise noted on the product page, customers may purchase up to five (5) pieces of the same product at the promotional code price as long as all pieces are purchased in the same order. Only one promotional code will be applied per item per order, even if the item is eligible for other promotional codes entered at time of purchase. We will not be accepting gift certificate as a form of payment for this special. **Based on availability. Please be advised that some purchases can take up to two or three weeks to arrive.**

Cancel An Order

To cancel an item on back order (Only), contact our customer service department by email. Please include your invoice number within the message. If the order cannot be cancelled you will be notified. You can also check you order status by logging in to your account.

Return for Refund

Credit amount will be calculated as follows:  Credit less all freight charges incurred.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Special order items are not returnable. Blow out and Special pricing items are sold in “AS IS” Condition and are not returnable.

Orders shipped via Federal Express and UPS will be charged freight both ways on refused shipments. Charges or credits will be issued to the credit card used to process the order. All items must be in “as-new” condition, in original packaging and, with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay, partial or all forfeiture of your credit. All non-defective returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 20% of restocking fee, and must be completed within 10 days of the invoice date.

Shipping and Damage Claims

If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact your local UPS or FedEX customer service within 2 business days of receipt to report the damage. Save all packaging material for carrier inspection. Carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise to return to WIS. Merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing for return. Please contact WIS customer service to report the damage and schedule a reshipment.
